Asit Jansari

Asit has been practicing Civil & Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution for over 22 years. He graduated with an honours degree in law and completed the legal practice course at the College of Law, Chester in 1999. Asit has held senior positions in private practices in Leicester and served as the head of litigation at Nottingham City Council, handling everything from complex litigation to debt recovery of unpaid invoices.

Asit specialises in all areas of commercial litigation, including commercial contracts and partnership disputes. He also regularly advises on property litigation matters and residential landlord and tenant matters, including tenancy evictions.
His areas of expertise include commercial litigation, debt recovery, recovery of loans from friends and family members, contract claims, partnership disputes, property disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, injunction proceedings for harassment, director’s misfeasance, wrongful trading, and disputing winding up petitions.

Asit runs the largest pool league in the country and is a member of BNI Olympus in Leicester. He is also a keen follower of Leicester City Football Club.
