Our Quality Marks

Our Director, Ruth Goward, is an Accredited Resolution Specialist.

Resolution’s Specialist Accreditation Scheme recognises members who demonstrate excellence in the practice of Family Law and their specific areas of expertise.

As an Accredited Specialist, Ruth has demonstrated competence recognised by the public, Resolution members, the Judiciary, and the Legal Aid Agency.

This coveted accreditation follows Ruth’s accomplishments in Children Law and Domestic Abuse Law. Achieving this accreditation requires outstanding skill and expertise, so we are delighted that Ruth’s dedicated service is being acknowledged this way.

Resolution is a membership organisation for Family Law professionals. Members agree to a Code of Practice to resolve Family Law cases non-confrontationally, minimising the emotional and financial effects on families and ensuring discussions are future-focused.

Lexcel accreditation

The Law Society is an independent professional body for solicitors in England and Wales.

They promote, protect and support solicitors, the rule of law and justice.

We hold Lexcel accreditation, which is The Law Society’s practice quality mark. It sets the standard for client care, compliance and practice management.

It establishes rules around:

  • Client care
  • Risk and people management
  • Structure and strategy
  • Financial, information, file and case management

Lexcel accreditation is gained through application and assessment by an independent body. Solicitors must hold Lexcel or the Specialist Quality Mark to offer Legal Aid.

Cyber Essentials certification

We are proud to have achieved  Cyber Essentials certification, a UK government-backed scheme that demonstrates our commitment to safeguarding sensitive data.

This certification ensures we have implemented key cybersecurity measures, such as secure firewalls, strong password controls, and regular software updates.

By reducing vulnerabilities to common cyber threats, we enhance trust with our clients and protect critical systems.
